Originating in the Body-in-White business, VDL Steelweld has built numerous lines for their well-known customers such as Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Ford and BMW. The goal for these customers is and will always be to produce their new market introductions as quickly and efficiently as possible, with a very high degree of automation. The experience that has been built up over the years is one of a kind. New innovations and market trends have enabled us to also use this experience elsewhere. More and more industry segments are looking into automation or smart manufacturing as a method to boost their manufacturing operations.
