Dear exhibitors: join our green team and take action for the future! When you are an exhibitor at Welding Week, you play a vital role in helping to create a sustainable event. some useful tips to make your participation sustainable:

Choose a reusable all-in stand model from the organizer or design your own stand so that the stand can be reused several times. Work with your stand builder to make your stand as sustainable as possible! Avoid creating a disposable booth for one event…

Make reusable signing (without date) from recyclable materials and with environmentally friendly ink if possible.

Use LED lighting and other energy-efficient equipment for your stand and don’t forget to turn it off at the end of the day.

Try not to use carpet, and if you really need it, preferably opt for reusable carpet tiles. If you use regular carpet, make sure it is recyclable and recycled.

Whenever possible, choose public transport or carpool with your colleagues.

Choose a hotel within walking distance and/or with environmentally friendly standards.

Consolidate your shipments and preferably use transport and logistics companies with sustainable practices.
