What will you do as a Quality Control inspector? The Quality Control inspector is responsible for inspecting and checking work carried out, with a focus on ensuring quality processes.
What tasks and responsibilities are associated with this position?
· Drawing up Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with customer requirements and codes/standards such as PED, ASME VIII Div. 1, EN13445.
· Documenting product characteristics and inspections in product manuals (MDB).
· Planning and supervising inspection visits on behalf of customers and inspection authorities; Maintaining contacts with inspection authorities.
· Supervising inspection and test work, both internally and externally carried out.
· Coordination with production manager to schedule quality checks.
· Close cooperation with production personnel to ensure quality.

The Quality Control Engineer acts independently in assessing quality, based on expertise and set standards, but works closely with production to ensure that products are delivered within the set requirements and deadlines.
