Our modular robot offers the perfect solution, especially for small and medium-sized welding companies that are uncertain about their future production needs. It can be challenging to make the right decision when purchasing a robot installation, which often leads to delays. We simplify that decision by developing the most modular robot, which can be expanded at any time. You start with a fixed robot or a robot on a track with a short length, like a C-frame, and can later easily upgrade to a longer E-frame or even an H-frame configuration.
Thanks to adjustable arms, you can place multiple small C-frames in succession, and by removing two arms, you can create, for example, a C-frame with a longer length. Additionally, we have developed special attachments, such as a manipulator for welding and supporting pipes. Need a larger radius around the center? Simply add spacer blocks to optimize your reach.
This innovative design was born from our own need. We weren’t sure which installation to purchase for our work, which led to the idea of developing a fully modular robot. Since there was no comparable standard solution available, we created our own. We use standard components and keep stock available, allowing us to respond quickly and ensure short delivery times.
Our robots are built using Yaskawa robots and Fronius welding equipment, ensuring the high quality of our systems. Additionally, customers can bring their workpieces to us for test welding on our own installations.
